Madera Community Hospital is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical laboratory procedures and analysis according to California Laboratory regulations.
  • Conduct waived and moderate complexity tests and exam procedures in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and Immunology.
  • Report test results and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a required science course (chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science).
  • Completed pre-licensure training in a California State Department of Public Health accredited training program.
  • Current valid California license as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
  • Preferred: American Heart Association BCLS Certification.
