About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our plasma donation center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to donors, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Screening new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs, and conducting finger stick tests to ensure the quality and safety of the plasma collected.
  • Using our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing changes to center processes using company-approved procedures.
  • Working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure our donors receive the best possible service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with donors, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift, with occasional lifting of materials up to 32 pounds.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
