About the Role

This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work. You will be responsible for supporting two attorneys with various tasks, including discovery, medical summaries, and billing summaries. Your strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, will be valuable assets in this role. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for law and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to attorneys in civil litigation and insurance defense cases
• Prepare disclosures, discovery responses, medical record summaries, and trial preparation materials
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with Court Rules and Procedures
• Utilize software and technical skills to efficiently manage tasks and projects

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate
• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in Insurance Defense or Personal Injury
• Strong software/technical skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience working in an electronic/digital environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
