Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering complex contracts, developing proposals, and ensuring compliance with FAR and DFARS regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts and related agreements
  • Develop proposals and contracts in a cost-disclosed environment
  • Ensure proper FAR and DFARS flow-down requirements are compliant in subcontracts
  • Integrate with other internal and external functional personnel to resolve contract matters of varying complexity and financial magnitude
  • Review commercial and government contract terms and conditions and advise technical, finance, and program stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and minimum 2 years' experience in government contracting, or;
  • Master's degree in related field and minimum 1 year experience in government contracting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and minimum 5 years' experience in government contracting or a Master's Degree and minimum 3 years' experience
  • Industry-recognized certification (DAWIA Contracting Level 3, CPCM, CFCM, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation databases
  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA, etc)
  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve positive results through influence, negotiation, and change management
  • Experience with US Export Control Laws (e.g. ITAR, EAR)
