Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Observation Per Diem team at Abrazo West Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Observation Per Diem unit
  • Coordinate care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Supervise and direct other healthcare employees to ensure effective patient care
  • Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices
  • May be asked to assume charge for a shift(s) and supervise other members of the healthcare team
Requirements
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
  • CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable by Facility/by Department
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator
  • Preferred experience in acute care, with certification in specialty area of practice
