Role Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Bartender is to craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. You will ensure that fine dining service is executed flawlessly, adhering to the established guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and requests.
- Deliver fine dining service in accordance with our service manuals.
- Guide guests through the beverage and food offerings, providing recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Accurately enter orders into the Point of Sale system and manage payment transactions.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation standards.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with fluency in English. A minimum of three years of bartending experience in a fine dining setting is essential. Familiarity with beverage mixing fundamentals, inventory management, and various glass types is necessary. Experience with Point of Sale systems is preferred, as is current CPR certification. A valid Food Handlers Card is required.
