Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Citizens Bank Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Promote our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Work collaboratively with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Meet quarterly referral goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on recommending and referring products and services.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively ask questions and identify customer needs.
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals.
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Skills
  • 6 months of experience processing transactions, including cash and digital payments.
  • Motivates others through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
