Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly qualified Senior Structural Engineer to enhance our engineering team. This permanent role involves engaging in a variety of innovative projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in structural engineering, particularly in civil structures, and will be adept in using Revit and AutoCAD. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Structural Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the design and analysis of structural systems for various buildings and structures utilizing materials such as steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
2. Employing advanced software tools, including Revit and AutoCAD, to produce detailed structural designs and documentation.
3. Collaborating with other engineering disciplines and architects to ensure an integrated design approach.
4. Conducting structural calculations and preparing comprehensive reports.
5. Reviewing and approving designs created by team members.
6. Performing site visits to verify construction aligns with design specifications and addressing any on-site challenges.
7. Participating in project meetings and presenting designs to clients and stakeholders.
8. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, codes, and regulations in structural engineering.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is advantageous.
2. At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering, focusing on building and civil structures; P.E. or S.E. certification is required.
3. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
4. Strong knowledge of industry standards and building codes.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
