Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

ConAm Management Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the Concord, CA area. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across multiple communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure prompt and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Lead and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Implement and maintain high-quality maintenance standards and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and property management.
  • Proven supervisory experience with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
