Job Description

As a Pool Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality service for our clients. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, such as filter cleaning and water testing, and maintaining and repairing swimming pools in a designated area.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation and a positive work environment. Previous experience in the pool industry is beneficial but not required, as we provide comprehensive training for new hires.

A typical work week consists of Monday's miscellaneous tasks, Tuesday through Friday route days, and varying start times from 6:30-7:30 AM. Our end times accommodate for a 30-minute unpaid lunch break if your shift takes longer than 5 hours.
