About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HSE Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulations and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement site HSE programs and processes, including training, audits, and risk assessments.
- Participate in divisional focus and improvement teams to drive continual HSE improvements.
- Serve as a technical advisor to management and other functional groups to facilitate HSE improvements.
- Ensure local legal, business, and client requirements are met.
- Conduct cross-business unit audits and provide report preparation, communication, and corrective action tracking.
- Work with Corporate HSE on specific compliance initiatives, such as Department of Transportation requirements and federal and state environmental regulations.
- Associates degree and 3-4 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree preferred and 0-2 years of experience.
- Associate level HSE Certification preferred.
