CLEAResult is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to support our Residential NYSERDA program. The successful candidate will manage a team responsible for providing direct support to customers and contractors participating in a low to moderate income energy efficiency program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of help desk staff, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve help desk efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and contractors to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in help desk or call center management.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Desire to develop an understanding of the home performance industry and HVAC industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • BPI or other relevant technical certifications.
