Telecare Corp. is seeking a skilled Licensed Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse, you will provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping skills.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure.
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Paid Time Off: For Full Time Employee it is 16.7 days in your first year.
- Nine Paid Holidays & Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift).
