- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current registration in New York State
- Relevant clinical competence in pediatric cardiac ICU
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- 2 years of experience in pediatric cardiac ICU
