We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one care to a client with advanced dementia in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to a bed-bound client with dementia, including assistance with daily living activities and medication management.
- Work collaboratively with the client's husband and home care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the client's family and healthcare team.
- Active Florida State License as a CNA or HHA.
- At least 7 years of experience working with dementia clients in a one-on-one ratio.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
- $150 Sign on Bonus.
