Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Select Medical. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and Select Medical policies and procedures.
  • Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:

  • College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
  • Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
  • CPR certification.
