Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Shamrock Nursing and Rehabilitation. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of certified nursing assistants and nurse aides.
  • Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program.
  • Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
