The University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Coordinator III to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for providing leadership in the planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating of multiple clinical research protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple studies' daily operations, including protocol development and initiation, study coordination, and study close-out.
- Assure each study's integrity and mentor less experienced Clinical Research Coordinators.
- Monitor and maximize adherence to research standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with study team members and other staff/faculty/study sites to ensure study participant safety and adherence to approved protocols.
- Manage study-related administrative and human resources tasks.
- Facilitate the flow of information and orchestrate study activities and personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Current Research Coordinator certification by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals or Society of Clinical Research Associates.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment.
