We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for applying your technical expertise to solve complex problems and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with corporate engineering to establish and implement capital budget programs.
- Manage and oversee the plant's capital portfolio, leading projects to successful completion.
- Train and motivate a highly competent workforce to meet plant needs in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to plant employees, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate health, environmental, and safety programs to ensure timely and effective training, incident investigations, and audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years' directly related engineering experience.
- Two+ years experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Relevant training/experience with safety/health and quality systems in manufacturing environments.
