Qualified individuals are encouraged to submit their resume (in Word format) to collaborate with superintendents, foremen, and Construction Managers in strategizing, organizing, and overseeing activities related to all construction projects.

Set project goals, procedures, and performance benchmarks within the confines of company policies and contractual obligations.
Engage with supervisors, foremen, and Construction Managers to address issues such as work methodologies, grievances, and construction challenges.
Establish and maintain communication with owners and other stakeholders to facilitate project operations.

Oversee and regulate the project through administrative guidance of on-site foremen to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Investigate potentially critical situations and implement corrective actions.
Represent the organization in project discussions and participate in strategic meetings.

Collaborate with the Program Manager/VPGM to oversee financial aspects of contracts, safeguarding the company's interests while fostering positive relationships with clients.

May request supplies, materials, and subcontractors necessary for project completion.
Interpret and clarify plans and contract stipulations to administrative personnel, workers, etc.
Generate reports concerning areas such as work progress, expenses, and scheduling.
Assign personnel to construction sites for designated projects.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in tower construction management.

In-depth understanding of construction management processes, techniques, and methods, along with the capability to manage and operate within a budget.

Comprehensive knowledge of building materials, construction specifics, and relevant regulations, standards, and quality benchmarks.
Familiarity with all aspects of the tower construction process.
Proficient in construction management software applications. Ability to plan and maintain a comprehensive perspective.
Skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management.
Leadership and human resources management capabilities. Exceptional time and project management skills/experience.
