**Job Summary:**

As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individualized behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement treatment goals and provide feedback on progress.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in a clinic setting
  • Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Provide regular feedback on client progress to supervisors
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
  • Track client progress and program data

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, plus six months of prior experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Demonstrate effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation for travel to multiple assignments/locations daily

**Salary Information:**
