We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ABA Therapist Coordinator to join our team at Therapeutic Alliance LLC.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions and ensuring high-quality services for our clients. As an ABA Therapist Coordinator, you will work closely with behavior technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide direct ABA services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.

You will also provide mentorship and training to BT and RBT staff, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Therapeutic Care: Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring to ensure accurate tracking of client progress. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs. Collaborate with families and team members to provide comprehensive care that addresses the whole person.
  • Professional Development: Train, supervise, and mentor BT and RBT staff to enhance their clinical skills and promote a culture of excellence. Provide ongoing support and case reviews to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate client records, adhere to privacy laws, and comply with insurance and Medicaid regulations to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of ABA or related experience is required.
  • An Active RBT license with NPI number is necessary for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and interventions is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
