Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of projects and plans to support business objectives
  • Supervise day-to-day activities and project teams to ensure project progress and adherence to project deliverables
  • Establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
  • Monitor and report on project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
  • Identify and address project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
  • Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
  • Supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards
  • Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year fiber optic experience
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must live within 80 miles of Garner, NC
  • Must be able to work a very flexible schedule
  • Team player
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
