Lead MRI Technologist

At RadNet, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of radiology. As a Lead MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide feedback to the Imaging Center Manager on technologist performance and quality.
  • Manage and coach team members, providing training, support, and motivation.
  • Monitor and document performance, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and RadNet practices.
  • Promote flexibility in staff utilization and delegate work effectively.
  • Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages.
  • Support the Imaging Center Manager in facility initiatives.
  • Contribute to hiring and performance evaluation of MRI employees.
  • Act on behalf of the Imaging Center Manager when unavailable.
Requirements:
  • ARRT(R) (MR) or ARMRIT certification.
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
  • CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with RIS, imaging equipment, and PACS.
  • Ability to maintain quality standards.
