Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to serve as a liaison between teachers, parents, students, support staff, and the community regarding student issues in the area of attendance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and connect them with resources that may remove barriers to attendance.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with parents and guardians to provide information about school procedures, attendance expectations, and available resources.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to identify and address attendance-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to provide families with access to essential services.
- Provide support and guidance to students and families to help them overcome attendance-related challenges.
