Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of theatre staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.

  • Manage theatre operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of post-secondary education in business or related field preferred.
  • Two years of management or supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of theatre operations, including film handling, projection and audio-visual equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and other theatre management software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to theatre operations, including safety and security protocols.
