About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Applied Behavior Center for Autism. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to patients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
  • Collaborate with BCBA and other staff members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Collect and record data on patient progress, utilizing electronic data collection software to track and analyze treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy and related fields.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certification from the BACB preferred.
  • Ability to become and maintain certification in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) and First Aid/CPR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
