Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Valle Vista Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
About the Role:This full-time opportunity offers 32 hours per week, full benefits, and a 4-day/week schedule providing care on our OTP outpatient program. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Dispense medication to patients in our OTP outpatient program
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with physicians and credentialed therapists to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes
