A. POSITION PURPOSE
This role is designed to enhance the educational and performance experiences of students and faculty through musical accompaniment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide accompaniment for classroom activities, rehearsals, and performances.
  • Support students during lessons, rehearsals, and public performances.
  • Availability for evening and weekend engagements is essential.

Encourage initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and service delivery. Identify challenges and propose solutions. Foster productivity through training and development initiatives.

E. QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven understanding of pedagogical methods.

  • Capability to accompany and perform from open score.
4. Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
5. Years of Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in accompanying or professional performance.

  • Potential travel within the campus may be required.
