Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Plano, TX

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with and lead the talent acquisition efforts for an industry leader in automotive innovation. This role will be critical in supporting the recruitment processes and programs for the Data & Technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews and manage the interview process, including sending interview confirmations, coordinating with hiring managers and interviewers, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and assistance as needed.
  • Provide onsite interview coordination and assistance for candidates and interviewers.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities, including logistics, materials preparation, and attendee communication.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate information is accurately recorded and up to date.
  • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed to track key performance indicators and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by sourcing and engaging with diverse talent to promote a more inclusive workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years or more of experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration, internships are included.
  • Hands-on experience using Workday Recruit.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
