Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district in the Greensboro, NC area. This is a full-time position serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade across two locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, adapting to diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success, fostering a cohesive educational environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and documentation for Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to discuss students' progress and develop educational plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred, with a strong clinical background and ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with colleagues, parents, and students, as well as managing caseloads across multiple locations efficiently.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing special education services in schools is required, with a commitment to professional growth and development in the field of speech-language pathology.
