Facilities Cleaning Manager
As the Facilities Cleaning Manager at our organization, your primary duty will be to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas within our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for our members.
Core Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, locker areas, fitness equipment, and gym surfaces.
- Ensure that locker rooms are adequately supplied with essential items.
- Notify management of any damaged or missing facilities.
- Comply with the 'Lost and Found Policy.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services.
- Must demonstrate punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to work during night shifts is essential.
- A trustworthy and diligent individual.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously.
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Regular reaching and occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching are required.
- Capability to lift items weighing over 80 pounds on occasion.
- Will occasionally handle hazardous cleaning agents.
