Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all phases of the development process, from inception to transition, and advocate for agile processes and test-driven development.
  • Analyze, model, design, construct, and test reusable objects using object-oriented development tools.
  • Improve the codebase and ensure it is of high quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in UX research and familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
  • Proficient in design software and creative with attention to detail.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research to assess and understand end-user needs and frustrations.
  • Analyze research findings to create personas, flows, and other design elements.
