We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our product and technology team. As a UX designer, you will take ownership of the visual and functional aspects of our products.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to create elegant, user-friendly experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding and become an expert of Koddi's customers and competitive landscape to inform design decisions.
  • Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to both inform and validate design concepts.
  • Build cross-functional alignment around your designs and design decisions.
  • Hold the line on fit, finish, polish and craft.
  • Improve our UX processes: design critiques, retrospectives, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Must have a min of 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates past experience working in E-Commerce, SaaS, Advertising, or large scale consumer applications.
  • Comfortable working and presenting with Figma, and can create variables & dynamic components to supercharge the design process.
  • Excited to be a part of making our UX processes better.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality designs in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and limited resources.
