Industrial Sales Professional Opportunity

Management Recruiters International is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Professional to join our team. As an Industrial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales opportunities at targeted OEM's and Integrators in a highly focused market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales opportunities at targeted OEM's and Integrators
  • Partner with engineering and application resources to achieve maximum growth
  • Build deep customer relationships while analyzing and understanding their key challenges
  • Maximize the use of CRM tools to manage key customer targets, activities, and KPI's
  • Create an annual plan for revenue based on market trends and new challenges
  • Implement action plans in response to competition and perceived shortfalls
  • Be the technical and support person to assigned accounts with regard to product applications and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a BS/BA degree with a strong technical aptitude
  • At least 5 years of experience calling on OEM's and end users in the Industrial Automation sector
  • Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment, including Conveyors and component parts
  • Proven ability to read drawings and specs, along with strong verbal and written communication skills
