Position Overview

Do you possess leadership experience in a residential environment catering to individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges?

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is in search of a dedicated full-time Residential Supervisor for our apartment program dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide direct care staff in a residential setting.
  • Provide direct support to individuals receiving services.
  • Ensure the health and safety of residents at the assigned location.
  • Conduct staff supervision, evaluation, and training.
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Foster professional relationships with families, peers, and other team members.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license is mandatory.
  • Preferred experience in supervisory roles and residential services.

As a Residential Supervisor, you will receive a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, long-term disability coverage, three weeks of vacation during the first year of employment, a retirement plan, and an extensive paid training program. The starting pay for this full-time position is $19.45 per hour.
