Position Overview:

This position is dedicated to the formulation and execution of reliability and maintenance strategies for utility and manufacturing apparatus. The role encompasses ongoing evaluation of equipment functionality, data interpretation, and the initiation of enhancement measures.

  • Oversee the creation, execution, and upkeep of equipment maintenance strategies and plans
  • Work in conjunction with Engineering to categorize equipment, update asset information, and formulate Return-to-Service PM instructions
  • Examine system maintenance procedures and conduct reliability assessments utilizing FMEA, RCA, and additional methodologies
  • Ensure the integrity of CMMS data and implement Reliability Centered Maintenance enhancements
  • Track KPIs and report on reliability performance. Conduct internal and regulatory assessments
  • Remain informed on industry-leading practices and technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical cGMP utilities environment
  • Certifications such as CMRP or CRE are preferred
  • Familiarity with TPM, RCM, FMEA, and RCFA principles. Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with various predictive maintenance technologies
  • Proficient understanding of GMPs and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and technical writing abilities
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and AutoCAD
