Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and explain the restaurant concept
  • Seat parties based on guest preferences and balance customer flow in server sections

  • Provide guests with estimated waiting time and maintain a professional, courteous attitude

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents, communicate effectively with co-workers and guests
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions and problem solve in standardized situations

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a moderate to loud noise level. The employee will work a varying schedule to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates.
