Qualifications:
  • Motivated, self-driven, and eager for professional advancement.
  • A proven track record in sales is preferred.
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service—individuals from hospitality or military backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Possession of an active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (No license? We provide training in-house).
