Job Summary

The Nail Technician is responsible for delivering exceptional nail care services to our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive manicures, pedicures, and other nail-related services
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Setup and break down designated treatment areas
  • Anticipate guest needs and adhere to spa standards
  • Communicate guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Current state Cosmetology License
  • 1-3 years experience in a nail technician position, preferably in a hotel/resort
  • Flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Knowledge of nail-care techniques and procedures
  • Strong command of written and verbal English
  • Organized, timely, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer software skills
