About the Role:- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of critically ill newborns in the Level 3 NICU.
- Prescribe, delegate, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate patient teaching and the activities of ancillary nursing personnel.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to newborns and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- One year of NICU experience.
HCA Florida Mercy Hospital is a 488-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission and offering a wide range of medical specialties, including emergency care, heart and vascular care, maternity and neonatal care, and inpatient rehabilitation. We are a Level II NICU hospital and CARF accredited for inpatient rehabilitation.
