About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our members, and promoting a positive and inclusive community environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote YMCABV programs and services, ensuring seamless communication and a positive member experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, community engagement, and membership development.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Spanish proficiency preferred, with a 10% pay differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.
