Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and emptying trash cans.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the facility manager.
  • Operate equipment such as automatic sweepers, scrubbers, and outdoor tools to maintain the facility's appearance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with cash handling, ticketing, and other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
