Maintenance Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Porter to join our team at SP+. As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for performing facility maintenance duties and providing exceptional customer service.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and painting facilities.
• Operate equipment, such as automatic sweepers and scrubbers, to maintain facilities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with facility repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the garage, office, and restrooms.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the facility manager.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
