About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at one of our prestigious resort clients in coastal Maine. This dynamic role offers the ideal candidate a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and develop strategic sales initiatives that exceed business targets.
About YouTo succeed in this position, you will require 4-6 years of previous sales experience within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing targeted sales strategies. A strong background in catering and corporate sales, as well as experience selling high-end weddings, is essential.
Responsibilities- Bid on and secure new group bookings and catering events by building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract high-end wedding clients to the resort, leveraging your expertise in luxury sales and exceptional communication skills.
- Manage financial performance, ensuring expense budgets are met and gross revenue targets are exceeded.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
