General Manager - Alcala Country Pet Resort

Alcala Country Pet Resort is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily business operations, ensuring the highest level of care for our furry guests, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily business operations, including animal care, customer service, and staff management.
  • Ensure the highest level of care and safety for all animals in our care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of pet care professionals.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local veterinary offices, breeders, and rescues to promote our services and build partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the pet care industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
What We Offer:
