Job Overview:

This role involves caring for children in our Kids Club area, ensuring their safety and happiness while their parents enjoy their workout. You'll be responsible for organizing activities, maintaining order, and supporting the emotional and social development of our young guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Care for children aged 3-12 years old in our designated area, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and lead fun and educational activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and storytelling, to keep the kids engaged and entertained.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, storing toys and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor children's behavior, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good habits and discipline.
  • Ensure all children have completed registration forms on file, keeping accurate records for security purposes.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or 2 years of prior experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with children and adult parents.
  • The ability to create a secure and nurturing environment for children is paramount.

Salary Information:

Our estimated salary range for this position is $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and local market conditions.
