We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic team at St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls, Idaho.

About the Position

As a critical care nurse specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our nursing staff. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote excellent patient outcomes and foster a culture of innovation and compassion.

This is an ongoing opportunity for a skilled RN to join our med surg department. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience, a current RN licensure from the State of Practice, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our nursing staff.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and compassion.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice initiatives to improve patient care.
  • Mentor and educate new nurses on critical care procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing with plans to obtain Bachelor's Degree within 2 years.
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
  • 1+ years' experience in a critical care setting.
