Key Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs, replacements, and maintenance on Haddad's recreational vehicles
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to trailers, including but not limited to doors, flooring, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general construction
- Perform preventive maintenance on trailer equipment, including routine technical repairs and completion of service orders
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, including service orders and filing
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations while contributing to a clean and safe work environment
- Be prepared to work additional hours as required by business needs, including mandatory overtime
Qualifications
- Preferred minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- HVAC Systems
- Electrical Systems
- Mechanical Repairs
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Technical understanding with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated reliability, thoroughness, and strong verbal communication skills
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation required
- CDL Class A license is a plus but not mandatory
Work Schedule:
The operational hours span six days a week, with a variable schedule requiring flexibility.
