Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct repairs, replacements, and maintenance on Haddad's recreational vehicles
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to trailers, including but not limited to doors, flooring, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general construction
  • Perform preventive maintenance on trailer equipment, including routine technical repairs and completion of service orders
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, including service orders and filing
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations while contributing to a clean and safe work environment
  • Be prepared to work additional hours as required by business needs, including mandatory overtime

Qualifications

  • Preferred minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • HVAC Systems
  • Electrical Systems
  • Mechanical Repairs
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Technical understanding with a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated reliability, thoroughness, and strong verbal communication skills
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation required
  • CDL Class A license is a plus but not mandatory

Work Schedule:

The operational hours span six days a week, with a variable schedule requiring flexibility.
