Role Summary:
The Manager of Critical Care Transport Services is pivotal in shaping and implementing clinical best practices for our Transport Program through rigorous research and evidence-based methodologies. This role acts as a vital resource for the medical team on various clinical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all training and certifications comply with or surpass established standards.
2. Collect and analyze relevant quality data to identify clinical demands and deficiencies.
3. Develop and implement educational programs and training initiatives aimed at enhancing overall clinical performance.
4. Collaborate closely with physician medical directors and primary receiving physicians to assess clinical outcomes and drive performance improvements.
5. Report directly to the Transport Director and maintain a close working relationship with subordinate Coordinators.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Care Transport, including Neonatal, Pediatric, Adult, or a combination thereof.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
- A current Texas license or a compact state license.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications; instructor level preferred.
- National Certification in the relevant field is required or must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
